IN NO EVENT SHALL WACKY ENGINEERING, ITS OWNERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE APPLICATION; (II) ANY ERRORS IN AI-GENERATED CONTENT; OR (III) ANY ERRORS IN GROCERY ORDERS OR CALENDAR COORDINATION.

5. User Responsibility

• Account Security: You are responsible for all activity on your account.
• Verification: You are responsible for verifying AI-generated information (e.g., checking ingredients for allergies).
• Kroger Activity: You are responsible for all transactions and activity on your linked Kroger account.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Kansas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Application immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever.
